An object of the present invention is to produce a carbon fiber cord for rubber reinforcement which exhibits good adhesion between carbon fiber and hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, has excellent flexibility, and has excellent bending fatigue resistance in rubber. It does not provide a method. A method for producing a carbon fiber cord for rubber reinforcement according to the present invention comprises a step A of impregnating a carbon fiber bundle with a resin composition containing an epoxy compound and a nitrile group-containing butadiene rubber latex.
