The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in flame retardancy, impact resistance, and molded article surface appearance. (A) Graft weight comprising 3 to 40% by weight of a rubbery polymer (a) and 60 to 97% by weight of a vinyl monomer (b) comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and optionally a vinylcyan compound. 5 to 98% by weight of a rubber-modified styrenic resin as a coalescence, (B) a vinyl monomer comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and optionally a vinylcyan compound, a hydroxyl group-containing unsaturated compound, a carboxyl group-containing unsaturated compound, an acid anhydride 1 to 74% by weight of a modified styrene resin comprising a vinyl monomer selected from a physical group-containing unsaturated compound, an epoxy group-containing unsaturated compound and an oxazoline group-containing unsaturated compound, and (C) a polyorganosiloxane of 1 to 21% by weight. %, A total of 100% by weight of the above components (A), (B) and (C).
