titleOfInvention Sandwich panel manufacturing method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polyurethane foam sandwich panel that does not explode when used as a rigid polyurethane foam foaming stock solution composition using a low boiling point hydrocarbon compound as a foaming agent. A frame is provided in a space portion (15) of a container-like outer surface material (10) composed of a surface material (12), a back material (14), and a frame material (16) disposed on a peripheral portion between the surface material (12) and the back material (14). A step of injecting and foaming and curing a rigid polyurethane foam foaming concentrate composition M from an inlet 18 formed in the material 16, wherein the rigid polyurethane foam foaming stock solution composition M comprises a low-boiling hydrocarbon compound mainly containing a foaming agent. Before injecting the rigid polyurethane foam foam stock solution composition M, the inert gas injection nozzle 20 is inserted from the injection port 18 and the inert gas is discharged to discharge air in the space 15. Purging and replacing with an inert gas. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
