titleOfInvention | Polyurethane foam and laminate having polyurethane foam layer |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent appearance and flexibility without fine and uniform bubbles being uniformly distributed inside a foam without unevenness, and without surface roughness or unevenness due to breakage of air bubbles or unevenness of air bubble diameter. Polyurethane-based foams having excellent properties, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, etc., and laminates having the foam layers (particularly, leather-like laminates) can be used as organic materials which are problematic in terms of environment and safety. To provide safely and with high productivity without using a solvent or a freon gas blowing agent. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyurethane foam according to the present invention containing 1 to 30 parts by weight of an alkyl (meth) acrylate polymer having a number average molecular weight of 200,000 or more based on 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane. The above problem is solved by the laminate of the present invention having the foam layer. [Selection diagram] None |
