titleOfInvention Method for producing 2,3-epoxypropyloxydiphenyl sulfone derivative
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a 2,3-epoxypropyloxydiphenylsulfone derivative inexpensively and with good yield in an industrially advantageous manner. The formula (I) Embedded image (Wherein, R 1 represents a halogen atom or an aralkyl group which may have a C1-C6 alkyl group as a substituent, or a C1-C6 alkyl group, and R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group. In the method for producing a 2,3-epoxypropyloxydiphenylsulfone derivative represented by the formula (II): Embedded image (Wherein R 1 and R 2 represent the same meaning as described above) and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a quaternary ammonium salt of phosphonotungstic acid. The problem can be solved by a method for producing a 2,3-epoxypropyloxydiphenylsulfone derivative, which is characterized by the following. [Selection diagram] None.
