abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a compost manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a compost by efficiently fermenting and decomposing organic matter while maintaining organic substances in a state suitable for aerobic fermentation. In a compost manufacturing apparatus, a waterproof sheet is laid on an installation surface, and organic substances to be treated are stacked on the waterproof sheet and covered with a ventilation waterproof sheet. The leachate generated from the organic matter 11 in the process of composting collects in the water collecting groove 4 covered with the waterproof sheet 6 and accumulates in the water collecting basin 5, so that it does not leak out. The air hole 7e of the air supply pipe 7 is formed at the bottom of the spiral groove 7d formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and is located below the center of the cross section of the air supply pipe. No clogging occurs in the air hole 7e, and the air blown out from the air hole 7e flows along the spiral groove 7d and diffuses efficiently into the organic matter. Since air supply is sufficiently performed, fermentation and decomposition of organic matter is promoted, and compost can be efficiently produced. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
