titleOfInvention | Decomposition method of heterocyclic sulfur compound |
abstract | A microorganism capable of decomposing a wide variety of heterocyclic sulfur compounds under a high temperature condition of 50 ° C. is provided, and means for efficiently desulfurizing petroleum and the like using the microorganism is provided. A novel desulfurizing bacterium Mycobacterium having an ability to selectively cleave a CS bond of a heterocyclic sulfur compound such as dibenzothiophenes, benzothiophenes, naphthothiophenes, and alkyl derivatives thereof at 50 ° C. -Frey WU-0103 strain was obtained. By using this, desulfurization can be efficiently performed from petroleum, particularly light oil or heavy oil. [Selection diagram] None |
