titleOfInvention PTC thermistor body, PTC thermistor, method of manufacturing PTC thermistor body, and method of manufacturing PTC thermistor
abstract The reliability is such that the rate of change between the room temperature resistance value during non-operation and the resistance value during operation is sufficiently large, and that the resistance value obtained at the beginning of use can be sufficiently maintained even when repeatedly operated. Provided is a PTC thermistor element capable of forming a PTC thermistor having excellent performance and a PTC thermistor including the same. A pair of electrodes 2 and 3 arranged opposite to each other and a thermistor element 1 disposed between the electrodes 2 and 3 and having a positive resistance-temperature characteristic are provided. A PTC thermistor 10 having at least a thermistor body including at least a thermoplastic resin and conductive particles made of metal powder, and a magnetic field of 3.98 × 10 5 A · m −1 is applied. The content of the thermoplastic resin and the content of the conductive particles are adjusted so that the magnetization at the time of heating becomes 4.0 × 10 −5 to 6.0 × 10 −5 Wb · m · kg −1. In addition, the dispersion state of the thermoplastic resin and the conductive particles is adjusted. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
