titleOfInvention High frequency module
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency module in which the area of a stacked dielectric substrate is reduced and heat radiation is less affected. A first dielectric substrate, a first semiconductor chip including active elements, a ring-shaped second dielectric substrate, and a second dielectric substrate disposed in a ring of the second dielectric substrate. A second semiconductor chip 105 including the separated active element, an electrode pad 107 formed on a second main surface of the second dielectric substrate, and a second semiconductor chip formed to cover the first and second semiconductor chips. Wherein the first semiconductor chip 102 has a higher power consumption than the second semiconductor chip 105. There is provided a high-frequency module. [Selection] Fig. 2
