abstract |
Provided is a nonvolatile storage device having a function of executing a match comparison operation with search data at the time of data search. A current detection circuit is provided for executing a coincidence comparison operation between stored information written in a memory cell row in a nonvolatile manner and search information at the time of data search. The current detection circuit includes a data read current flowing through each bit line corresponding to each memory cell in a memory cell row storing stored information and a data reading current flowing through each bit line corresponding to each search memory cell storing search information.
