Cyclic hexapeptide and proteasome inhibitor |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel cyclic hexapeptide having a proteasome inhibitory activity. Kind Code: A1 A novel cyclic hexapeptide having a structure of cyclo (-X-phenylalanyl-prolyl-X-phenylalanyl-prolyl) was synthesized and found to exhibit proteasome inhibitory activity. X represents an α-amino acid residue, whose side chain functional group may be protected or modified. |
