titleOfInvention | Application material for prestressed concrete tendon |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a coating material for a PC tendon material which can be effectively tensioned even when applied to a large-scale concrete structure and after hardening of concrete, and has excellent storage stability. A coating material containing a urethane prepolymer, an aldimine, and calcium oxide, the curing time of which is adjusted so that tension can be exerted by a PC tensioning material 30 days or more after placing concrete. The mixing ratio of the aldimine and the urethane prepolymer is preferably NH / NCO = 0.8 to 1.2, and the calcium oxide is preferably contained in the coating material at a ratio of 3 to 30% by weight.
