A polybutylene terephthalate resin is blended with a non-halogen flame retardant to have a high level of flame retardancy, and to have a specific mechanical property and an excellent appearance of a molded article which is unlikely to cause bleed-out. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition and a molded product suitable for a mechanical mechanism component, an electric / electronic component, or an automobile component requiring a flame-retardant thin portion. SOLUTION: (A) 100 to 100 parts by weight of a mixture of 99 to 1% by weight of polybutylene terephthalate resin and 1 to 99% by weight of polyethylene terephthalate resin, (B) 1 to 100 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin, (C) phosphate ester 1 to 70 parts by weight, (D) 0 to 150 parts by weight of a fiber reinforcement, and (E) 1 to 150 parts by weight of a salt of a triazine compound and cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid.
