titleOfInvention Solid fertilizer comprising deodorized waste liquid and organic matter and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a solid fertilizer comprising an organic substance and a deodorized waste liquid excellent in storage property and long-term storage property, utilizing a deodorized waste liquid generated when composting organic matter, and a method for producing the same. A solid fertilizer (1) is obtained by collecting compost organic matter (2) obtained by composting organic matter such as chicken dung and ammonium sulfate by collecting ammonia gas generated in the composting process with sulfuric acid. The waste liquid mixture 14 formed from the deodorized waste liquid 3 and mixed with the compost organic matter 2 and the deodorized waste liquid 3 at a weight ratio of 1: 1 is dropped into the stirring tank 15 by a predetermined amount using the dropping device 26, The mass 32 formed by dripping by the rotation of the stirring blades 18 of the stirring device 21 is stirred while being heated by the ribbon heater 28 of the heating device 31 to evaporate the moisture contained in the mass 32 and is manufactured.
