abstract | 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to enhance the detection sensitivity of lupus anticoagulant (LA) and to specifically and accurately detect LA by distinguishing it from a sample containing a coagulation factor deficiency or a blood coagulation inhibitor such as heparin. It is to provide a reagent kit. [Solution] The present inventors have found that coagulation times for two types of reagents having different phosphatidylserine contents from phospholipids contained in the following reagents are significantly different in LA-containing blood, and thus completed the present invention. A first clotting time measuring reagent containing a phosphatidylserine-containing phospholipid, and a second clotting time measuring reagent containing a phosphatidylserine-containing phospholipid, wherein the total phosphatidylserine contained in the first clotting time measuring reagent is A reagent kit for detecting lupus anticoagulant, wherein a ratio of the phosphatidylserine contained in the second clotting time measuring reagent to a total phospholipid is different from a ratio of the lipid to a lipid. |
