[Constitution] 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A), a main chain having a branched structure, and an organic functional group contained therein comprises an aromatic group or an aromatic group and a hydrocarbon group (excluding an aromatic group). 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of a silicone compound (B), 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a phosphazene compound (C), 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of an organic metal salt (D), and a fiber-forming fluoropolymer (E) A flame-retardant polycarbonate resin comprising 0.01 to 2 parts by weight, and optionally 5 to 25 parts by weight of titanium oxide (F) and 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of a polyorganohydrosiloxane (G). Composition. The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition of the present invention does not contain a halogen-based flame retardant composed of chlorine, bromine compound or the like. It not only has flame retardancy but also has excellent impact resistance, fluidity, moldability, and light reflectivity, and can be used as a material particularly suitable for applications in fields such as electricity, electronics, and OA.
