abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing acrylic acid at a high yield while preventing polymerization while maintaining conditions for purifying acrylic acid within a certain range. The mixed gas introduced into a step of obtaining acrolein from propylene using a reactor in which a first reaction zone and a second reaction zone are formed by different reaction tubes has a propylene concentration of 7 to 15% by volume. The water concentration in the mixed gas is set to 0 to 10% by volume, the obtained acrylic acid-containing gas is collected by an acrylic acid collecting tower, and the water concentration of the collecting tower bottom liquid is set to 1 to 45% by mass. Acrylic acid is produced in a high yield while reducing the complexity of the subsequent processing steps and preventing the generation of a polymer of acrylic acid. [Selection diagram] None |
