[Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted group represented by the formula (2), Ar 'is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 aryl group, x is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 alkyl group A and b are integers of 0 to 4, and n is an integer of 1 to 3.
