titleOfInvention Method for producing recycled sand from construction sludge
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing recycled sand from construction sludge that can efficiently and economically produce good-quality recycled sand using construction sludge discharged as a result of excavation work related to construction work. SOLUTION: A dewatered cake and cement obtained by dewatering construction sludge are used as raw materials, water is added thereto, and the mixture is kneaded to form granules. After the obtained granules are cured, they are classified and classified. A method for recovering granulated material having a predetermined particle size or less obtained as a reclaimed sand, wherein the compounding amount of the cement is 5% by weight or more and less than 20% by weight of the whole raw material. And a method for producing recycled sand. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
