abstract |
A polymer is easily dissolved in a solvent when a dope is prepared, and a gel film obtained by casting the dope is rapidly peeled to obtain a film. The adjusting dope is manufactured with a low concentration of polymer and additive. The cast dope 18 is obtained by removing a part of the solvent 21 from the prepared dope 11 using the flash evaporator 20. The casting dope 18 has a high concentration of polymer and additive. When the casting dope 18 is cast from the casting die 14, a uniform casting film 18a is obtained. Since the cast film 18a contains a small amount of solvent, it has self-supporting properties in a short time. The casting film 18a is peeled off as the film 31. Since the casting film 18a is uniform, a high quality film 31 can be obtained. [Selection] Figure 1 |
