An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid transfer device in a miniaturized analysis system capable of introducing and transferring a liquid and preventing backflow of the liquid. A first substrate is provided integrally with the first substrate, and a discharge port is provided to discharge the liquid. And a second space portion 204 that is provided within a distance that the flying liquid can reach in communication with the first space portion 210 and receives the liquid.
