titleOfInvention Organic anion transporter involved in renal drug excretion function
abstract The present invention provides an organic anion transporter which is expressed in the kidney and is involved in the drug excretion function of the kidney. A novel organic anion transporter that is specifically expressed in the kidney and plays a role in the reabsorption and excretion of anionic drugs from the kidney was isolated, and a cell line stably expressing the animal cell was constructed. If this cell line is used, the excretion route of the drug via this transporter can be examined in vitro, so that it can be applied to use as a drug. Further, the present invention is intended to use a rat specifically expressing rat oatp-M1 and to examine the reabsorption and excretion pathways of the drug via the transporter in vivo.
