titleOfInvention Fine parts for electrical contact and method of manufacturing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a fine part for an electric contact, whose resistance value does not increase even by a skin effect when a high-frequency current flows, and a method of manufacturing the same. A micropart for an electric contact has a relative magnetic permeability of 1 to 10 and a magnetic permeability of μ, an electric resistivity of ρ, and a frequency of f in a range of 100 kHz ≦ f ≦ 10 GHz. It is made of an alloy material having a skin thickness σ s expressed as σ s = (ρ / πfμ) 1/2 of 0.2 μm or more and 1 mm or less. Preferably, the crystal size of the alloy material is 10 nm or more and 50 nm or less. More preferably, the alloy material has a copper content of 50% by weight or more and a conductivity of 10% or more of the conductivity of copper. [Selection diagram] FIG.
