abstract [Object] To provide a rubber composition having enhanced adhesion to a rubber-adherend. [Constitution] A rubber composition is obtained by adding and dispersing a diene-based cyclized resin in a rubber matrix to maintain the mechanical properties of the rubber and to enhance the adhesion to metals, resins, cloths, and the like. The diene-based cyclized resin is a resin obtained by subjecting a diene-based rubber to a cyclization reaction or a resin obtained by hydrogenating the same. The number-average molecular weight (Mn) is 30.000 or more, and the added amount is 1 part. That is all. The diene-based cyclized resin contains a carboxyl group, an acid anhydride group, a hydroxyl group or an amino group as a functional group.
