titleOfInvention | How to detect Bacteroides folcissus |
abstract | The present invention provides a novel nucleic acid sequence of a 16S-23S intergenic spacer region on the chromosome of Bacteroides forsythus, and a rapid and simple method for detecting bacteria using the inserted sequence. A novel 16S-23S intergenic spacer region having a specific nucleic acid sequence or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the specific nucleic acid sequence, an oligonucleotide containing a nucleic acid sequence consisting of at least 15 consecutive nucleotides of the sequence, and A method and reagent for amplifying a DNA fragment of a 16S-23S intergenic spacer region of Bacteroides folcisus, comprising a nucleic acid amplification primer which is an oligonucleotide, a thermostable DNA polymerase, dNTP and a buffer. And a method for detecting bacteria which confirms the amplified DNA fragment obtained by the DNA amplification method. [Selection diagram] None |
