titleOfInvention | Mesoporous material |
abstract | A reaction molecule can be regularly arranged and fixed at a specific position in a pore in an orientation favorable for the progress of a reaction, and a specific site of the reaction molecule can be selectively activated. The present invention provides a mesoporous material that can be easily converted to a special reaction field that can obtain a reaction product having a desired molecular size and molecular structure in a high yield. A mesoporous material has a plurality of pores having a center pore diameter of 1 to 30 nm, and a divalent or higher valent organic group having one or more carbon atoms and a divalent or higher valent organic group. It has two or more metal atoms bonded to different carbon atoms, one or more oxygen atoms bonded to each metal atom, and one or more characteristic groups bonded to each metal atom via an oxygen atom. Among the characteristic groups included in the skeleton structure, a cation exchange group is further bonded to the characteristic groups present on at least the inner wall surfaces of the plurality of pores.
