abstract The present invention provides a platelet aggregation inhibitor and a pharmaceutical composition useful for the prevention and / or treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris, arteriosclerosis and thrombosis. In the present invention, a 2-indole derivative, a 2-indoline derivative, a carbazole derivative, an indolocarbazole derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof having a platelet aggregation inhibitory effect is synthesized, and the above-mentioned 2-indole is synthesized. Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a derivative, a 2-indoline derivative, a carbazole derivative, an indolocarbazole derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. These pharmaceutical compositions have a platelet aggregation inhibitory effect, and are thus useful for the prevention and / or treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris, arteriosclerosis and thrombosis.
