abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a relatively inexpensive composite film having excellent fit to the body, generating no toxic gas during incineration after use, and an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper or a sanitary article using the same. An olefin copolymer component (A), which is a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, (A) from 0 to 25% by weight, and a crystalline olefin-ethylenebutylene-crystalline olefin block copolymer, It is composed of a composition containing 100 to 75% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer component (B), which is at least one selected from a 1-butene-α-olefin copolymer and an elastomeric polypropylene, and has a permanent content measured according to JIS K6301. A composite film formed by laminating an elastic nonwoven fabric on at least one surface of an elastic film having an elongation of 50% or less, and an absorbent article using the composite film as an elastic member.
