abstract |
A photocatalytic device using a photocatalytic reaction of a photocatalyst for sterilization or the like, which can be formed in a compact structure applicable to a place where sunlight or the like does not hit, a narrow place, and has low power consumption. Emitting chromatic colors. The photocatalyst 2 is formed of a thin film of titanium dioxide. The substrate 1 has a photocatalytic reaction surface. The base 1 is arranged so as to be capable of irradiating the photocatalyst 2, and mainly emits predetermined visible light and ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 360 to 400 nm. A light emitting diode 3 that emits light. Since the light emitting diode 3 is used as an ultraviolet light source for activating the photocatalyst 2, the entire device can be formed compact. The device is embodied as an antimicrobial device or the like having an antimicrobial surface. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
