Biodegradable ceramics for pharmaceuticals |
abstract |
A biodegradable ceramic for medicine is provided. A biodegradable ceramic for medicine according to the present invention comprises calcium hydrogen phosphate (CaHPO 4 ) whose surface is modified with organic molecules. The organic molecule is hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI), and is grafted onto the calcium hydrogen phosphate by a covalent bonding method. The present invention also provides a method for producing a biodegradable ceramic for medicine. In addition, the biodegradable ceramics for medical use is used for skeletal tissue repair. Accordingly, the present invention also provides a method and apparatus for skeletal tissue repair and a delivery system for a skeletal tissue repair drug. [Selection diagram] None |
