GPCR gene isolation method and novel GPCR gene |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily and easily isolating a G protein-coupled receptor gene, and to isolate a novel G protein-coupled receptor gene. A method for isolating a G protein-coupled receptor gene, comprising the following steps: (A) designing a primer based on sequence information of a known G protein-coupled receptor gene or a peripheral region thereof, or sequence information of an estimated G protein-coupled receptor gene; (B) a step of performing an amplification reaction using a cDNA library derived from a tissue other than a tissue in which the G protein-coupled receptor is expressed as a template using the primers designed as described above, and cloning the amplified fragment obtained. And (c) confirming whether the cloned gene has a function as a G protein-coupled receptor, A method for isolating a G protein-coupled receptor gene, comprising: [Selection diagram] None |
