titleOfInvention | Modified high molecular weight polyalkylene oxide, production method thereof and use thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently producing a modified high molecular weight polyalkylene oxide which is moldable and has high mechanical strength in spite of its molecular weight. SOLUTION: The method for producing a modified high molecular weight polyalkylene oxide according to the present invention comprises a step of reacting a low molecular weight polyalkylene oxide having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 30,000 with a polyhydric anhydride. A method for producing a high molecular weight polyalkylene oxide, wherein the polyhydric anhydride is a dihydric acid anhydride, the reaction pressure is 0.003 MPa or more, and 1 mol of a hydroxyl group in the low molecular weight polyalkylene oxide. It is characterized in that the acid anhydride groups in the polyhydric anhydride are charged and reacted so as to be 0.8 to 1.0 mol. [Selection diagram] None |
