abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a polyimide resin precursor which can form a film having excellent flatness on a substrate having fine unevenness, has a low dielectric constant, low moisture absorption, and has excellent environmental stability. SOLUTION: The following general formula (DA2) (X 2 represents a perfluoroalkylene group, a perfluoroalkylidene group, a sulfonyl group, or a single bond, and R 0 represents a fluoro group or an unsubstituted or substituted with a fluoro group.
