titleOfInvention | Card oversheet and card capable of sublimation transfer printing |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-PVC-based material, which has releasability from an ink ribbon in sublimation transfer printing, does not cause peeling or chipping even when subjected to press working or the like, and curls after forming an image receiving layer. And an overseat and a card that do not cause the problem can be provided. The oversheet is a card oversheet having an image receiving layer on one side of a transparent sheet substrate, wherein the sheet substrate comprises a polyester resin, polycarbonate, or a polymer alloy of a polyester resin and polycarbonate. An image receiving layer is formed using a solution containing an aqueous resin as a main component, and the aqueous resin is a mixed system of a main agent (A) and a curing agent (B), and the main agent (A) is an aqueous resin. Polyol, the curing agent (B) is an aqueous polyisocyanate, and the gel fraction of polyurethane after forming an image receiving layer by performing a crosslinking reaction between the main agent (A) and the curing agent (B) is 60% or more. . The card has such an oversheet on the outermost layer on at least one side. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
