titleOfInvention Methane fermentation treatment equipment for organic waste
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an organic waste methane fermentation treatment apparatus capable of stably performing methane fermentation on organic waste having a high solid matter concentration and having a high treatment capacity capable of making the entire system compact. The immobilized microorganisms 43 to be filled in a methane fermentation tank 34 are formed by knitting a wire made of synthetic resin in a string shape, a carrier formed of synthetic resin, and having a maximum diameter or length of one side of 5 to 20 mm. It is composed of a polyhedral or granular carrier, or a carrier made of biodegradable plastic, on which anaerobic microorganisms mainly composed of methane bacteria are carried. The carrier is preferably one subjected to a hydrophilization treatment with an oxidizing agent, and the oxidizing agent is preferably ozone gas. Further, the organic waste is circulated in the methane fermentation tank 34, the gas generated by methane fermentation is blown into the organic waste in the methane fermentation tank 34, and the organic waste is further mechanically separated by, for example, the stirring blade 51. It is preferable to carry out methane fermentation while periodically stirring. [Selection diagram] FIG.
