Provided is an electrophotographic toner that is excellent in fixing property, aggregation resistance, storage stability, and durability, and that can obtain good image characteristics without causing contamination of an electrophotographic photosensitive member. An electrophotographic toner includes a binder resin containing a crystalline polyester and an amorphous polyester and / or an amorphous polyester polyamide as main components. The amorphous polyester and / or the amorphous polyester polyamide contain a condensation polymer obtained by condensation polymerization of terephthalic acid as a monomer and a condensation polymer obtained by condensation polymerization of fumaric acid as a monomer.
