titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid chip and method for analyzing nucleic acid chip |
abstract | Kind Code: A1 A nucleic acid chip analysis method capable of achieving high quantitativeness when analyzing a nucleic acid chip probe in which a plurality of nucleic acid-related substances are arranged in a matrix on a substrate by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry. By using such an analysis method, a nucleic acid chip in a form capable of easily determining the amount of nucleic acid present in the nucleic acid probe dots arranged on the nucleic acid chip is provided. A nucleic acid probe dot for concentration reference, on which an average nucleic acid density per dot is determined, formed on a chip substrate by the same technique as that for forming a nucleic acid probe dot, comprising: The nucleic acid concentration of the nucleic acid probe dot having an unknown concentration is determined using a calibration curve created based on the signal intensity of the secondary ion detected when mass spectrometry is performed.
