(A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having at least two organooxysilyl groups in one molecule; (B) 1 to 30 parts by weight of a linear organopolysiloxane having a hydroxyl group at a terminal; A room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition containing 0.5 to 15 parts by weight of a silane or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof (D) a titanium chelate catalyst of 0.1 to 10 parts by weight. According to the present invention, a room-temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition having excellent storage stability under sealed conditions and excellently adhering to poorly adherent resins can be obtained.
