abstract An object of the present invention is to have high washing performance and storage stability while having low foaming properties, and not to gel at any dilution ratio. Provided is a liquid concentrated neutral detergent composition suitable for use in a pre-dipping tank or a pre-wash tank. A specific nonionic surfactant (A), (B), stearic acid (C), a water-soluble solvent (D), and water (E) are mixed at a specific ratio to the whole composition. The total content of the above components (A) and (B) with respect to the entire composition is set to 63 to 75% by mass, and the pH of the stock solution is 6.0 to 7.5. [Selection diagram] None
