An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent cosmetic composition which is easy to be entangled and has a supple and glossy hair. The at least one silicone having a quaternary ammonium group and the at least one liquid fatty alcohol are incorporated into a cosmetically acceptable medium. Preferred silicones are those shown in colors (I) to (IV). Liquid fatty alcohols are C 8 -C 30 fatty alcohols, for example linear saturated or unsaturated or branched. [Selection diagram] None |
