abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing agricultural products that can obtain agricultural products that can be expected to improve nutritional value, taste and the like efficiently without being affected by disease and without using harmful substances. A seed of an agricultural product before sowing is immersed in a chitosan solution shown in the following (A) for a predetermined time, the immersed seed is transferred to a nursery, and irrigated with a diluent of the chitosan solution. A method for producing an agricultural product comprising a step of germinating and growing by predetermined transplantation and a step of planting the grown seedling on soil mixed with chitosan powder obtained by drying the chitosan solution.
