abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a conductor paste capable of forming a film conductor having a practically sufficient level of solder heat resistance without using a large amount of expensive noble metal such as Pd or separately performing Ni plating. A conductive paste of the present invention for realizing the above solder heat resistance is a conductive paste containing a metal powder as a main component, and the metal powder is composed of Ag or Ag mainly having a surface coated with an organic metal compound. The organic metal compound is substantially composed of fine particles made of an alloy of the following, and the organic metal compound mainly contains any element selected from the group consisting of Al, Zr, Ti, Y, Ca, Mg, and Zn. It is a metal salt of an organic acid, a metal alkoxide or a chelate compound as a metal element. [Selection diagram] None |
