abstract An object of the present invention is to obtain a pearl pigment coated sheet having an entirely new authenticity determining function and a printed material having the authenticity determining function using the same. A visible light is formed by combining a printing layer having a performance of reflecting infrared rays on a surface of a colorless or colored sheet, a printing layer having a performance of absorbing infrared rays, and a pearl pigment coating layer. A pearl pigment coated paper and printed matter having an unprecedented authenticity judging function by a kind of metameric phenomenon in a region and an infrared region and a pearl luster layer are obtained.
