abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a polyolefin-based resin composition having properties such as heat resistance and recyclability and capable of forming a high-magnification foam, and a method for producing the same. A polyolefin composition having a foaming ability capable of forming a structure including a foamed layer by adding a thermoplastic resin composition to a heated mold, melt-molding and heating and foaming the composition. The product is a polyolefin resin (A) having a crystal melting peak (melting point Tma) below the decomposition onset temperature of the thermal decomposition type chemical foaming agent, and a polyolefin resin (B) having a crystal melting peak (melting point Tmb) of 100 ° C. or more. The thermal decomposition type chemical foaming agent (C) is added, and the mixture is melt-kneaded at a temperature equal to or higher than Tma and lower than the decomposition start temperature of the thermal decomposition type chemical foaming agent (C). A powdered polyolefin-based resin (E) is mixed with a crosslinked polyolefin-based resin composition (D) having a foaming ability into which a pulverized crosslinked structure has been introduced.
