PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton acid group-containing crosslinkable resin which can provide an ion conductive polymer membrane for fuel cells which is inexpensive, has high ion conductivity, and is excellent in water resistance and methanol resistance, a crosslinked product thereof, and a fuel cell ion comprising the same. To provide a conductive polymer membrane and a fuel cell using the same. A proton-acid group-containing crosslinkable resin having a cross-linking group and a proton acid group, which can be cross-linked by light, heat, or an electron beam, a cross-linked product thereof, an ion-conductive polymer membrane for a fuel cell comprising the same, and a fuel cell. A crosslinkable resin having a protonic acid group, wherein the crosslinkable group is an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms directly bonded to a carbonyl group and an aromatic ring, and which can be crosslinked by light, is a preferred embodiment of the crosslinkable resin of the present invention.
