An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid flow structure, a cooling device, an electronic device, and a method of manufacturing a liquid flow structure, which can be reduced in size and thickness and have high cooling performance. An evaporator (2) of a cooling device (1) stores an evaporator (21) for evaporating a liquid, a wick (25) that is made of porous alumina, evaporates the liquid, and circulates the liquid to the evaporator (21).
