titleOfInvention | Photothermographic material |
abstract | Provided is a photothermographic material having an improved coated surface, excellent productivity, low fog, high sensitivity and excellent image storage stability. A photothermographic material having an image forming layer containing photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder, and at least one protective layer on one surface of a support. In the above, 50% by mass or more of the binder of the image forming layer is a water-soluble binder and contains at least one of spectral sensitizing dyes represented by the following general formulas (Da) to (Dd). Photothermographic material. In the formula, Y 1 , Y 2 and Y 11 each represent an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a selenium atom, or a —CH═CH— group, and L 1 to L 9 and L 11 to L 15 each represent a methine group. Represents. R 1 , R 2 , R 11 and R 12 each represent an aliphatic group. R 3 , R 4 , R 13 and R 14 each represent a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aralkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group. W 1 to W 14 each represent a hydrogen atom, a substituent, or a nonmetallic atom group. X 1 and X 11 represent ions. [Selection figure] None |
