titleOfInvention | Prostaglandin-containing nasal administration pharmaceutical composition |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to prevent the phenomenon of adhesion and agglomeration of water-soluble polymers, which has become remarkable by increasing the scale of a prostaglandin-containing intranasal preparation, in examining the production suitability. The formula (I) (Wherein, X represents a halogen atom, R 1 is a C 3-10 cycloalkyl group, a C 3-10 cycloalkyl group substituted with a C 1-4 alkyl group, or a C 4-13 cycloalkyl R 2 represents a hydrogen atom, a C 1-10 alkyl group or a C 3-10 cycloalkyl group, m represents an integer of 0 to 3, and n represents an integer of 1 to 4). The prostaglandin derivative represented by the formula (I) and the water-soluble saccharide are dissolved in a solvent, and the solution is sprayed on a water-soluble polymer which is flowing or stirred and flown. A pharmaceutical composition for nasal administration which is carried on the surface of a molecule. [Selection diagram] None |
