abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a fluorinated sulfonylalkyl vinyl ether by an industrially advantageous method with a high yield. SOLUTION: 1,2-Dichloro-1,2-difluoroethylene is reacted with MOCF 2 CF 2 SO 2 F (where M is an alkali metal), and iodine or bromine to obtain a general formula: A halogen-terminated sulfonic acid fluoride represented by XCFClCFClOCF 2 CF 2 SO 2 F (where X is I or Br), and the obtained halogen-terminated sulfonic acid fluoride is reacted with F 2 to give a chemical formula: CF 2 ClCFClOCF 2 CF 2 SO 2 and chlorofluoro ethers sulfonic acid fluoride represented by F, then characterized by dechlorinating the obtained fluoride chlorofluorohydrocarbons alkyl ether sulfonic acids, formula CF 2 = CFOCF fluorinated fluorosulfonylalkyl vinyl et represented by 2 CF 2 SO 2 F Manufacturing method of ether.
