A general formula: MOCOCF (CF 3 ) O (CF 2 CF (CF 3 ) O) n CF 2 CF 2 SO 2 F (where n is an integer of 0 to 10, M is an alkali metal or Ag) The carboxylic acid salt of a fluorine-containing fluorosulfonylalkyl ether represented by the following formula: is reacted with a molecular halogen to give a general formula: CF 3 CFXO (CF 2 CF (CF 3 ) O) n CF 2 CF 2 SO 2 A halogenated alkyl ether represented by F (wherein X is an iodine atom, a bromine atom or a chlorine atom, and n is the same as described above), and then a dehalogenation reaction is carried out.
